The survey showed that most adults (92 percent) understand how poor dental care leads to poor overall health. 81% of that group also agrees that benefits or some type of dentistry discounts are as important as general medical benefits in an overall healthcare benefit package. In lieu of coverage, many commented on the need to seek some type of dentistry discount in the form of discount cards.
