What is the difference between the Premium Plan and the Ultimate Plan?
The Reassurance Health Premium Plan provides point of sale discounts on a variety of health care products and services. This plan requires no forms or submission of claims: you simply present your membership card at the time of service for an immediate discount. The Ultimate Plan provides point of sale discounts as well as insurance reimbursements on services rendered. You simply submit a claim and a fixed benefit will be sent.
